Introduction
"MindQuest Toys" refers to the company MindQuest Toys d.o.o. Novi Sad, registration number: 22069381, tax identification number: 114781264, headquartered at Bele Njive 5a, 21000 Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia.
The use and access to the functionalities of the Loligrad website are regulated by these Terms and Conditions and are subject to your agreement upon registration. These Terms apply to all registered users, regardless of location.

User Account Rules
- Users may only create an account for themselves and not on behalf of a third party.
- Only the account creator may use their account. Sharing account access is prohibited.

Limited Product License
Purchasing products on the Loligrad website grants you the right to download and use the 3D files of the purchased product exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to share these files with third parties.
Sharing, reselling, or allowing third parties to use the purchased files (e.g., printing services) is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, deletion, or legal action.
If an account is deleted or access to purchased files is lost, the terms of the original license remain in effect.
Storage of Purchased Files
Users are responsible for storing their downloaded 3D files.
If an account is deleted or access to purchased files is lost, the user remains responsible for maintaining their own backup.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
By purchasing products on the Loligrad website, users waive their right to a refund, as files are available for immediate download after purchase.
If technical issues prevent access to purchased files (except where access is restricted for justified reasons stated in this document), users may contact support within seven (7) days of purchase. If the issue is not resolved within ten (10) days, a refund will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
Due to variations in 3D printer models, some 3D files may require extended printing times, increasing risks such as fire hazards or equipment damage if improperly handled.
MindQuest Toys is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of 3D files downloaded from the Loligrad website.
The Loligrad website provides video and audio tutorials to assist users in 3D printing and assembly. These materials are for informational purposes only, and users must exercise caution and take necessary safety measures when following them. MindQuest Toys is not liable for any actions or consequences arising from their use.
MindQuest Toys is not responsible for losses, damages, or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, conflicts, technical failures, or telecommunications disruptions.

This website and all materials are provided "as is," with no guarantees of compliance with the laws of all jurisdictions.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable laws when downloading and using 3D files from the Loligrad website.
